DAC 2024/2025 Season Open for Enrollment

DAC Open House Events + StageLeft

DAC will host an Open House event at our MLB studio on Tuesday, August 6th from 4:30pm-6pm and at our IHB studio on Wednesday, August 7th from 4:30pm-6pm.  Stop by to meet teachers, check out our facility and enter for a chance to win a Melbourne Dancewear gift card. During the IHB Open House, we will also hold StageLeft: A Dancewear Exchange. Come by and checkout our gently used dancewear. Donate an item and receive an item for free. Don’t have anything to donate, that is ok. All items will be. $5.  You must be registered for the 2024/2025 season to participate in StageLeft.

DAC 2024 Recital Success!

Thank you to all who attended, danced, and volunteered for our 2024 recital “Transcend”.  It was a day of beautiful dancing and pure joy.  Watching the dancers shine bright on stage and build confidence through their presentation and performance is so rewarding. 

DAC Company Performances

In January DAC hosted Hear Me Dance, a collaborative dance concert featuring choreography from area dance schools. Collectively we raised over $2,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Melbourne! It was a wonderful evening of dance for an amazing cause! In March the dancers performed for the families living at the Hope for Families shelter in Vero and then in May performed for the residents living at Zon Assisted Living. On April 22nd, they took the stage with other local dancers at Celebration of Dance at the King Center.

DAC Refer a Friend Program

Have you loved your experience with DAC? Now you can share your experience, encourage friends to enroll and receive free lessons! Here is how it works:
· A currently enrolled student invites a friend to register for the 2022/2023 dance year
· The new student must mark the previous student/parent name down under the “How did you hear about us” section on the online registration form. Unfortunately, we cannot credit late referrals.
· The current student will receive one free dance class for one month per new student they refer
· The current student’s account will be credited for the following month. Ex. The new student starts in September the current student will receive credit towards October’s tuition.
· There is no limit on how many new students you can refer! If you invite 10 new students and they all register, you will receive 10 months of 1 dance class for free!!!

Financial Hardship Scholarships

Tropical Storms/Hurricanes/Natural Disasters

We are all hoping, praying and crossing our fingers for a smooth Hurricane season. However, in case a major storm presents itself, DAC runs off the public school schedule. If public schools are open during a storm, DAC will remain open and the reverse applies. Classes cancelled due to a storm will be rescheduled with a makeup date.
